The Ippocampo Company applies, with regard to the ticket issuing policy, the following regulation (this is a non-exhaustive list: for cases not covered in the points below, it will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and always at the Company’s discretion):
ticket refunds are allowed only and exclusively in cases of bad weather, adverse weather conditions, Civil Protection alerts (and/or other similar cases), breakdowns, delays of more than 3 hours, or any other cause of force majeure;
the refund provides for the return of only the amount of the ticket, without taking into account any damages derived directly or indirectly from the non-use of the same;
the date change is allowed only in proven and exceptional cases, in any case always at the discretion of the Company;
in case of second thoughts/cancellations/change of dates and the like, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded if it occurs within 15 days of a booking; in a shorter period of time, it will not be possible to proceed with the refund.
